Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from Phoniq Tech under the following circumstances:
- You’ve changed your mind about the purchase
- You received an incorrect item
- The product is an unwanted gift
- The product has a technical fault or defect
- You have concerns about the product’s quality
3. Standard Return Conditions
3.1 For Change of Mind or Unwanted Products
You may return a product to Phoniq Tech within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided that:
- The product is unopened, undamaged, and unused
- All original packaging, labels, and seals remain intact
- All accessories, manuals, and parts are included
- You present the original receipt or proof of purchase
3.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

3.3 Inspection and Processing

4. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange your product for another item:
- The exchange product must be available in our inventory
- If the exchange product costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange product costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
5. Products Damaged on Delivery
If you receive a product that is damaged or missing components:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product or packaging
- We will arrange for collection and replacement of the product
- Alternatively, we can issue a full refund to your original payment method
6. Defective Products and Warranty Claims
6.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Phoniq Tech are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims:
- Contact our customer service team to report the issue
- We will assist you in determining if the issue is covered under warranty
- If covered, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process
6.2 Warranty Period
- Mobile phones and tablets: 12 months from date of purchase
- Accessories: 6 months from date of purchase
- Other electronics: 12 months from date of purchase or as specified by the manufacturer whichever is stricter.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Unsealed software products
- Digital content or software downloads
- Electronic vouchers or gift cards
- In-ear products (earphones, earbuds) once opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
8. Refund Methods and Timing
8.1 Refund Options
Refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:
- Credit/debit card reversal (for card payments)
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your designated bank account
- Store credit (if preferred)
8.2 Processing Time
- Card reversals: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- EFT refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- Store credit: Immediately available upon approval of return
8.3 Refund Amount
For eligible returns, we will refund:
- The full purchase price of the returned product
- Any applicable taxes paid
- Original shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error)
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective products or our error.
9. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if:
- The product packaging is opened, damaged, or incomplete
- The product shows signs of use or handling beyond inspection
- The return is processed after the standard 14-day return period
10. Device Financing Returns
If you purchased your product through a device financing plan:
- Returning the product to Phoniq Tech does not automatically cancel your financing agreement
- You remain responsible for any outstanding payments to the financing company
- Contact your financing provider directly to discuss your options
