Collection Option
You may choose to collect your order from our store. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for collection and bring a valid ID for verification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout. Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free standard shipping within Lagos.
Delivery Conditions
- A signature will be required upon delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information
- Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, public holidays, etc.)
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
Undelivered Packages
If you’re not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and you’ll need to arrange for redelivery or collection.
